wrong password

can anyone tell me how to log into my account, today for the first time when i put in my user name and password i am informed that it is an invalid user name, it is the same one that i have used to log in daily since December. I can't get help online at my customer account because it will not let me log in, i am just going round in circles,
I must say this is the very first problem that i have had since joinig Plusnet

Hi, 
Since the problem this morning with the homepage, I have been unable to login to the Members Centre, keeps telling me:
"Invalid username or password. Please try again."
I know the password is correct, but it won't have it. (Broadband and FTP access are OK) Help!

I had an occurrence of that this afternoon but when I refreshed the page I was logged in

Update: Its taken since 10am, But finally I have been allowed  to login (with out typing a new password just pressing login Again)

You could try hitting 'login' and then reload/refresh the page - it seemed to work for me after a few attempts.
