I am unable to connect my sons Ipod touch to the Wi Fi network. It will not accept the password I input even though I am using the right one(this has been confirmed by customer support). Has anyone any suggestions please

You might want to check out this thread http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,91200.0.html
Things to try from that thread:-
Make sure you have the latest firmware on the router
Change the SSID from PlusnetWireless... to something shorter, say 8 characters.
Hope that helps

Some routers have an authentication "button" on the router (that usually looks like a picture of an antenna)
try pressing it when you "connect" - its a "feature" which means you can only add what you want to the wifi...
Depends on the router, Can you provide any more information suej ?
