I'm not sure if anyone can help or if this is a good place to ask for this type of help.
So basically I'm trying to disable TCP Auto-Tuning in win7 but every time I do a reboot it just resets back. Same goes for Receive-side Scaling.
I use "netsh int tcp set global rss=disable" and "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled"
and before I restart I check the setting with "netsh int tcp show global" and it seems to have worked but after the reboot it reset to default.
Any ideas? I just want to turn off RSS and TCP Auto-Tuning.
