wifi calling and radio streaming continually dropping out

I moved to Plusnet directly from John Lewis when the latter put the price up after 12 months.

HOWEVER I did have 12 months of PERFECT wifi calling and radio streaming. Now that I have moved to Plusnet (presumably EXACTLY the same infrastructure) I am having constant wifi dropouts which renders wifi calling completely useless and VERY irritating radio live streaming with the constant 1 second rewinds - 20 in a hour sometimes.

Re: wifi calling and radio streaming continually dropping out

Do you have ADSL or FTTC fibre broadband service?

Are you witnessing these issues on a particular device, or multiple devices?

If you have fibre and you are suffering from wifi issues, I suggest splitting the 2.4 and 5 GHz wifi signals if you are using a Hub One to see if it helps in first instance.
