do you not update flash from Adobe ??
latest Version 18.0.0.194 if no try here https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ ; and untick Mcafee free

Thanks robski1, it hasn't happened today so far, so maybe a shut down was required,
"IEXPLORER.EXE stopped interacting with windows and was closed".
I tried Your advice Ron when I couldn't get battlelog to work with WIn 8, Firefox I think I used. I just wasn't keen on all the pop ups I was getting about needing to install stuff to get other stuff working. I have been using IE since Win 95 (netscape before then) and I am not keen on change, that is why I am still with PN after 17 years
