I have two pc's one with xp pro for work and a new one for me that has vista home premium. The xp shows battery life in minutes and hrs but the vista one in % can I change the vista machine to minutes and hrs. Who's idea was it to make it % in place of minutes and hrs not very helpful. Podman
Cause it depends on what load you put on it, A lot of video work, maybe one hour, simple work, maybe 3 hours use - how would you gauge It? 30% is 30% - that could be 20 mins or 1 hour
Is there any tool out there that displays minutes etc left but varies it as the load on the pc changes thus giving and indicator of time left if the machine were to be continuly used as it was being at that moment in time. This way one would know that if they continued on their current usage they would get 1 hr or if the slowed down and did less with it the may 1 hr 45. Podman
