I dutifully report each unrecognised spam back to spam@despamchecker.plus.com at plusnet. It is a pain as the freeware "fastforward" does not work on my machine. Over the last few weeks there has been an upsurge in spam. Am I wasting my time?

Hi there,
You're certainly not wasting your time.
In the lead up to Christmas, there is always a considerable increase in spam every year, which is probably what you are seeing.
Have you considered joining the Postini trai?

Thanks for that. Do they have to be forwarded as separate messages, or can I send on a single email as attachments?
