previous provider Origin Broadband

had a email from so called provider origin broadband they saying they want another months money out of me even tho ive never used there services from the 11th  . So I'm refusing to pay and they are ringing me tomorrow and told them they should be paying me for the services ive never used as I did inform them .
Are all internet providers alike out for poxy line rental and broadband money
