I have tried opening firewall still no results. this use to work fine on all my computers until I had the problem with loss off internet connection and it took 30 days to resolve that problem and that's when this problem started could it be the plusnet hub needs resetting????

Re: poor connections

It's a good idea to mention what OS you are using and an indication of what the program does if it is not well known.

I am on fibre and running at about 25mbps.

the program allows you to connect with your mobile and do lots of other things

Re: poor connections

So does the message mean that the mobile has a poor connection to the mobile phone network?

Re: poor connections

'Mobogenie' is often regarded as unwanted Adware, by the way.  http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Mobogenie-Virus

Re: poor connections

the reason for wanting mobogenie is that it is a good sauce for apps and other items that I like,

I don't want to go into specifics as it could lead to other problems

thanks

Re: poor connections

Some programs are useful in themselves but they have less savoury friends and they often invite these friends over for a party on your computer.  Incredimail is another example that springs to mind.
