plusnet - GP6H ROUTER.

HELLO.

Please bear with me this is completely new to me and the only reason I have taken this course is, I have been informed that your community could help me out.

The plusnet - GP6H router I am using works perfectly well, but, I would like to reposition it for my own convenience. The problem is the power plug length is to short. Now I know that I can obtain an extension lead, but, after looking online I have found that there is quite a difference in sizes.

Could anyone in your community give me the exact specification of the extension I would need.

Many thanks in advance.

Best...

@Tricker444  Welcome. to the forum.

Why not use a mains extension lead? Low voltage extensions can cause issues due ro the increased voltage drop.

Re: plusnet - GP6H ROUTER.

Thanks for the reply Baldrick1.

But having given the problem further though I've decided the easiest way to solve the problem - I should have though it through more thoroughly before posting the " problem " - is to buy a longer DSL cable.

Anyway, thanks again.

Best...
