newsgroups still not working properly

I posted a message to uk.rec.waterways and despite unsubscribing and resubscribing as suggested here:

I still don't see my post in the group. But I don't see it if I go through Google Groups either so I'm wondering if there are now problems posting to newsgroups instead of reading them.

Still not arrived. Will post a new message and see what happens...

Edited to add : New post has appeared  but the previous one has still not shown up
