new to computers

Help-------- I'm new to computers and have come across a problem that I do not know how to correct
Today when i went on line I found my pages seemed to have enlarged overnight and I'm having to schroll along the bottom of the page to be able to read all of it , i'm sure it's something simple but out of my league at the moment,any suggestions please

You may have zoomed by mistake
What browser ?
If Internet Explorer:
Page | Zoom | 100%
Firefox
View | Zoom | Reset

Or in both of them hit Ctrl plus 0 (that is zero)
Also a quick method of zooming is Ctrl and scroll mouse wheel

also Ctrl & + (zoom in), Ctrl & - (zoom out)
