moving house

i rang and told plusnet i was moving last monday.. im still waiting for even my phone line to be activated and no broad band either... i have asked questions on the help assistant and no replies.. how long does it take to answer a question and i was told it should be connected by now.. and still nothing... HELP x Sad

Hi there,
I've checked the ticket and the move is underway - both broadband and phone are due to be provided simultaneously on the 28th March.
