miss-read billing date

Thought my new billing month was today so didn't take care watching on demand TV.  11.20pm I hit my download cap and now speed capped till midnight.  Note to self double check billing dates when receiving the usage email

your billing date is always the same day of the month i.e. the 8th for you, but the day it comes out of the bank may vary at week ends.
you should not need an e-mail for that
