When I log into the site it takes me directly to a page with my payment details. Why? This has been going on for years and raising a ticket did not make any difference. A member of support team was tasked with look into this but nothing appears to have happened. Any suggestions?
Hi there, It's something that we are aware of and have a problem raised for this(70811). Unfortunately it's not the highest priority at present so I can't give an estiamted time for this to be fixed and there's currently no workaround for this.
