Hi i have put an order in for my interleaving to be switched off on the 16th and its still on?  Huh
And im a serious pc gamer and this is the reason why i signed up to your "pro gaming package" my ping/ms or whatever you wanna call it is bouncing up and down all the time and not keeping stable, just an hour ago in a server i usually ping between 50-60 is now 100?
Any help on this guys?

Re: interleaving and ping

Hi Daniel,
You're probably aware f the cease order that is present on your line and is showing as due for completion tomorrow.
Are you absolutely certain that this order has been cancelled?
1) It's preventing me from placing an interleaving order on your line
2) It might cause a loss in broadband
I'll see if there's anything I can find out but you may need to contact BT again.

Re: interleaving and ping

I have rung them up again and gave them the order number and they have seen the order and have confirmed it has been canceled and they said it will remain on their system until the date passes but have said it is canceled, so i guess we just got to wait until it passes to place the order for interleaving?
Cheers

Re: interleaving and ping

So why are you posting on a public forum, if it's just between you and PN keep it to the ticket system.  Crazy

Re: interleaving and ping

Hi Daniel,
Fortunately Plusnet on occasion allow me to take a day off, normally over the weekend Wink
You ticket was placed "on hold" on Friday over the course of the weekend.  This was done for two reasons - to allow the order to close off and secondly, it would make no difference if we had been able to place an order over the weekend as these orders will take a working day.  The ticket came off hold at 9am today.
I have tried placing your order again, but unfortunately have not been able to do so.  This is presumably because your circuit is showing as being ceased on BTs systems, because of the TalkTalk order.
Let me know if nothing has happened come mid to late afternoon and I'll try chasing it up with BTs provisioning team to see if we can get some movement in removing interleaving.

Re: interleaving and ping

You won't be charged assuming your service is still active. I imagine it's just a system error that Wholesale need to remedy.
