in "your questions" what does the following actually mean?

Hi
What does "Your support request has been escalated to the correct team for review. " actually mean?  In the last two hours an open issue I have has had this added to it five times??!!

That's not what's supposed to happen! Looks like the fault ticket you created has got stuck and is just throwing the same error a few times. It's in a place where the faults team will see it and pick it up though so nothing major to worry about.

I thought it looked a bit odd.
This doesn't mean that it was being missed does it?
The complete lack of internet connection is causing us serious problems, it's affecting my work, and there is only so much you can do tethered to a smart phone in a ropey signal area.
Any help in correcting the "stuck" issue and moving this forward would be very much appreciated.
