i pod - cannot connect it to the plusnet wifi

I have tried to use an ipod but every time i try to set it up - it will not accept the password to get into the wifi - why is this? and what can i do?

Changing the SSID of the router to a shorter one can sometimes fix the issue. If you don't know how to do this, just ask and someone here will help you with that.

There should be no reason to change the SSID to a shorter one.
The first important thing for your wireless key, have you ensured you are entering all letters that are contained in the key in upper case?
