Is anyone else having trouble connecting to Plusnet services? DSL light is on, but no internet, connecting direct to the openreach box also doesn't work.

Hi there,
I'm sorry to see about these issues. I have run some testing myself and it's not showing any details in your router at all. I can see you've raised a fault which says to me you've already tried adjusting these manually. Did you find these just didn't update or did they update on your side? Just trying to work out where the issue lies. Thanks.
