how to restrict HDDs to certain users?

There are three PCs on our Home Network - all running W7 (one is 64 bit).
I have been playing around with sharing but want to restrict some of my external hardrives to two of the PC's only.
Basically something like this:
PC1 (main PC ) to share drives H & I with PC 2 and drives J & K with PC 3.
Can't fathom how I can stop PC2 from seeing J & K and PC 3 from seeing H & I.
It's probably easy but I just can't see it Embarrassed

If all accounts are admin that might explain it $ shares can be seen by admin accounts.
