forgotten password

Is there any way I can retreive my password for this community forum. I have tried the options.. security.. passwords in firefox and all are there except my community forum password. You might ask how can I be logged in to make this post if my password is lost, well I just ticked the box  saying remember password but when my system went down I tried to access this community site on a friends computer. I tried all the passwords I could think of but no luck. If I try to change the password it will remember my user name and not allow me to do so ?
Please note it is the user forum and not my plusnet account I am referring to.

Hello,
If you log out of the community site, there should then be a link to have your password resent to you on the login screen.
Does this not email you your password?

if you get rockxp4 which is free from
http://www.rockxp.org/
it will show you all your passwords on your pc so you may be able to find it that way
