I tryied to change the wifi password on the router following the the plusnet help .
After the change my windows laptop are not able to connect. I receive the message " can't connect to this network". they are on windows 10 and 8.
I'm able to change the psw on the android device.
Someone else had this problem?
Thanks Andrea

i haven't used windows in years, but i do know that you need to tell each machine what the new password is. find in your connection settings for wifi where the password gets entered and enter it on each machine. you should then be able to connect.

Hi andybelit,
In case you're still having this problem, it sounds like you may have the old passwords auto-saved on your machines. Just click on the WiFi icon in your system tray (bottom right near the time) and you'll find where you can re-enter them there.
