can i put a referal name in after account set up

Hi just ready to sign my daughter up for unlimited and phone through the cashback sites and noticed they will not give cashback if you put a referal name in so is there anyway to put a name in later after she is set up
Or is it one or the other

I believe that if your daughter raises a ticket advising that you are the referral and vice versa it should go through - I haven't bothered digging into past posts as it wasn't very recent but i believe that this was confirmed.
Best thing is to wait for staff to confirm (or otherwise) tomorrow

having been affected by a similar issue recently,  I'll concur with Old Jim,  that both you and your referral should raise a ticket about the issue.

You certainly do need a staff member answer since I was under the impression that going through a cash back site precluded referral payments completely - i.e. the latter couldn't even be retrospectively added.

I believe the option to add a referrer isn't there on signup if you do go through somewhere like quidco or topcashback, but as far as I'm aware there's nothing to stop us adding them afterwards
@crobertbailey if you raise a ticket and you get your referrer/referee to do the same (and reference each other's usernames on the respective tickets) we'll get the referral added for you.
