anyone got torchat (

Every time i start it and try to message with a buddy it just says "messages delayed" and the buddy icons are grey not blue/green.
I've allowed connections with ZA and my NAT router isn't setup with any special IP or protocol filters and tcpview shows loads of connections to onion routers.
this is on xp home sp3 btw. haven't even begun to consider setting it all up in linux ...
anyhoo, it's very new software so it wouldn;t surprise me if it's broken, but I did wonder if anyone else has played successfully.
