advice on windows 8

Downloaded win 8 the other day and warns can't uninstall to previous version.
So being a pre-release does it have limitations or could one get away with it?

It's time-limited i.e it will expire (as I understand, on 16th January 2013).

Got to say have just done a clean install and the installation was amazingly quick... Windows elements some are really cool, others bit naff but system resources am running chrome and yet is using average of 0.5% of the cpu...
