hi there
broadband has now been installed on my line 1 day early but i cant get on as plusnet have not activated it on there side yet,
please can a mod do this for me,
this is exactly what happened to the plusnet i ordered for my mother 1 year ago, and a mod activated it on there side within minutes..

maybe it was a plusnet employee that was on the site last time, but he did it within seconds
