activate my line please mods

hi there
broadband has now been installed on my line 1 day early but i cant get on as plusnet have not activated it on there side yet,
please can a mod do this for me,
this is exactly what happened to the plusnet i ordered for my mother 1 year ago, and a mod activated it on there side within minutes..

I will, however, try to wake up one of the comms team to see if they can activate your account on their systems
