Hi I am having trouble accessing one of my plusnet e-mail accounts. Error message comes up for incorrect password, which hadn't been changed. However in case this had got corrupted I changed password, but still can't access. Any suggestions? Thanks gom
PJ You will have to excuse my stupidity but what is the difference in checking accessing by webmail or e-mail. Yes I have checked in login details and they appear to be correct. gom
Webmail is a web based email program whereas Email usually refers to your own email client. Using webmail will eliminate any possible config errors in your own Email program by checking the login & password are working via a web login. You access webmail via http://webmail.plus.net
I can access my other e-mail accounts by using the webmail link on plusnet web site, so presume the account I cannot access will also be webmail. Have just tried again but with no success, will have to ring in to plusnet and resolve. gom
