Youtube/Adobe Problem

If this is in the wrong forum could a Mod please move it for me?
When I use Youtube I get a box appear on the screen. Clicking 'allow' often doesn't get rid of it. When 'allow' does get rid of it it reappears later. I have followed the instructions from Adobe but the box reappears the next time I use Youtube.
It's a nuisance. How can I get rid of it permanently?

No. The only Adobe items listed are for Acrobat.
