You Tube Problem - no smirking please

When try to view a video on You Tube I just get the nice swirling circle continuously despite Bandwidth monitor showing full speed download.
Any suggestions as to the cause - note closing the tab and the download continues
Using Firefox 3.5
Further testing it looks as though it isn't streaming but is downloading the whole video

Solved - it was a problem with Vista - something hadn't loaded at boot
