Yet Another BT Sport Enquiry

I have ordered a BT Sports package 10 days ago, and still didn't receive any reply. Since I already have a Sky viewing card, this was supposed to take up to 48 hours (according to the website). So, what is the problem?
I have posted a question #81827208, but all I got was that 'someone will look at this issue soon' 2.5 days ago...

My colleague has responded on the ticket advising why it's not been activated yet. Hope this clarifies things for you.
