Worth replacing the Technicolor TG582n with newer Sagemcom 2704N??

I've currently got the Technicolor TG582n on a 80/20 fibre service, I've had no end of problems with the router with port routing for gaming and torrents, the UPnP is terrible.
The wi-fi isn't great either, with some devices not even using the DNS routing properly.
What are people's experiences with the Sagemcom 2704N for things like UPnP and console gaming? Worth me renewing my contract to get one?
My actual fibre service is actually very good, I get 75mbps+ on a good day,  but I'm right beside the cabinet, which probably helps.
I'd be really grateful for some advice Smiley
Thanks!
James

My suggestion - buy a decent one and forget about the Plusnet freebies

What are the BT Home Hubs like? You can get them cheap on eBay, anyone have experience with them?

you can get v4 models cheap, not sure about v5 ones though.
and it's a v5 one you'd want.
