Is there a particular reason why I'm seeing a Wordpress Dashboard header on the community pages?

Getting the same thing here, and I've also noticed my Avatar at the bottom of the page is showing twice...

Simply because you're logged in.
The double avatars has been that was for around 20 months too

The text of the message (built into the WordPress software) doesn't mean what it says. The comment needed moderation because it is your first one. Subsequent comments should now go straight through.
