My Google Cloud Ready Brother HL-3150CDW WiFi Printer has been working no trouble until I printed some photos on a wired printer . Now it is upset . The Printer is "connected" and prints out a page to that effect . However Google Cloud Print says my Cloud Ready Printer is "Offline" and it is now unresponsive I understand solutions may be to open Ports 80 and 443 and also to ( on the Router Firewall ) allow traffic on Port 5222 . My PlusNet/MacAfee Firewall is On and set to Low . Can a PlusNet Technician please inspect these Ports and open and allow if necessary? ( I think the missetting is probably elsewhere but don't know where to look ) .
