Windows update KB3024777

After several attempts today to install KB3024777 I decided to do a google search on the issue and found this.

Installing KB302477 will uninstall KB3004394. If you've already uninstalled KB3004394, feel free to hide KB302477 & move on with your life.

I have KB3004394 installed but I cannot hide BK3024777. The update is greyed out and can't be unticked as is the option to hide it (W7 Pro 64)
Anyone else experiencing this?

I had the same issue as you Mav, the update was failing every time I tried. I manually removed KB3004394 using add/remove and voila, no issues since.
