Windows not genuine

I have an Acer desktop that is now about three years old and WGA now says that the pre installed win xp home is not genuine, does anyone know how to fix this?

If you give Microsoft a call they should be able to sort it.

I have seen computers where people have replaced a "genuine" copy of Windows XP Home edition with a pirated copy of Windows XP Professional edition, presumably because the pirated version also came with a pirate copy of Microsoft Office and other pirated software.  If you are not the sole user of your computer, make sure that has not happened to you.
