Windows Classic Theme for Win 8.1 ? ? ?

I would like to use the "classic" theme for my windows 8.1  ( and probably 10 if I get it)... but it is not in the "themes" under Personalization...
I have the Classic Start Menu installed... but I want to "personalize" the colours of the Menu Bar and the background of the drop down menus... like it "used to be"...
Anyone got any info of how to get this feature back?

If you haven't used Windows 8 before I would advise that you move immediately to Windows 10 and then worry about the customisations.  I think the majority of users prefer 10 to 8 and why learn to poke your mouse into corners if you just have to unlearn it all again when you upgrade.

Yeah... I have the icon for win 10 and just waiting for notification about the upgrade..... meanwhile I am "getting to grips" with this new laptop, and new win 8.1  .... all good experience for me... messing about... got nowt else to do.....  ! !
