Windows AV and Internet security

I've looked back and can't find many comments about anti-virus and internet security software recently.
I was using F-Secure until a while ago but I downloaded and tried their new F-Secure booster and it partially crippled my Windows 10.
After reinstalling Win10 - I reloaded F-secure Internet security and that caused issues too !!!.
So I re-installed \Win 10 again - and decided to put back Kaspersky which I had used before and that has worked fine with Win 10.
Not sure who to blame - MS or F-Secure.
What are people here using these days - which causes the least impact on the PC whilst protecting the best.?Huh

Re: Windows AV and Internet security

One of the best sources for checking both is
http://www.av-comparatives.org/dynamic-tests/
http://www.av-comparatives.org/performance-tests/
Note that Symantec don't participate
Kaspersky is in the top rank for both
