Windows 7 Backup

Can one do an incrimental backup with windows 7?  After doing the initial backup how does one backup additional files and changes to existing files?  Thanks

Acronis True Image Home 2010 is maybe what you should checkout, Everyone ( over on the windows 7 forum ) recommends it. Heres a link....http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/products/trueimage/index.html

Yes. It happens automatically after the first full backup.

Depending what sort of backups you want it's well worth looking at Synctoy, a free Microsoft tool.

Agreed. I use W7 backup and system image for the C partition (o.s. and programs) and Synctoy for the D partition (data).

Why the need for an additional backup program ?
Is the backup provided by Windows 7 complicated or unreliable or do these other programs make the backup job easier ?
I Have used Acronis in the past (With XP) but on trying to use it with windows 7 I am getting a message that it is not compatable..... likely because it is out of date but before spending my cash on the current version is it something I still need with windows 7 ?
