There is a considerable wodge of folders named similar to
this "MCSRACache-4BD99C59E7" in my Windows7, created on various dates and some are empty.
Just out of curiosity I'd like to know what they are for, and if they are essential.especially if empty.
Ideas?

No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

whats inside those folders that are not empty ?
are they placed in the c drive (os drive letter) or are they deeper than that?
