Iam trying to connect my wifi printer does anyone know if the router is wps at all

The PlusNet supplied Technicolor TG582n has WPS enabled but inactive by default. You have to press the WPS button on the router to start the process.
Well anyway, WPS is rubbish in my opinion and you should just use the WPA wireless password.
If you can, please provide a bit more info about what trouble you are having. Things like what OS the computer is running that you're trying to connect to and printer make & model.
