WiFi sign in

Hi my broadband went down briefly yesterday and then came back on but since then I have a small X next to the signal and it keeps saying to sign in but when I do it says I am connected - internet seems to be working okay but it's annoying - any see suggestions please?

Try switching the router off using the device on/off switch, not the mains. Leave it a minute and switch back on.

Plan B is to factory reset the Plusnet Hub by pushing a paperclip or similar in the reset hole. Keep the switch closed for 30 seconds. It will then take up to 15 minutes to set itself up again.

If that fails then forget the wireless connection on your device and then reconnect it.
