WiFi Calling on EE mobilr

Hi. I have just bought a new iPhone on EE that has Wifi Calling on it, which I was told would help overcome a poor signal at home. However, WiFi Calling can't be used in my house. The phone's been checked for faults and is ok. Is this something to do with Plusnet? I know Plusnet Mobile doesn't support WiFi Calling but does PN's broadband service block it too?

Shouldn't be a problem - I have wifi calling working with 3 no problem.

However, I do recall that you may need to actually be able to get a normal phone signal when you are first registering your phone with the wifi calling app. Once that's done it should be OK.

FWIW - I have an iPhone on EE and WiFi calling works fine over my Plusnet internet connection.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
