Re: Which one should i get ?

Well, out of the three links, only the Netgear has an ADSL modem.

Re: Which one should i get ?

Never used any of these but certainly cheap if they do the job you want them for

Bear in mind you will probably get what you pay for but if it is only to try something out and you don't want to spend much they may be ideal

Re: Which one should i get ?

I got a cisco linksys x3000. It's got some good features but it has locked up 3 times since purchase - a fault that I am sure is to do with the phone line but BT and PN insist otherwise..
Anyway apart from that, it's been a good router. It even has usb for a usb drive to be shared on the network.  Built in FTP server to access those files from the outside world, all the usual stuff..
Only thing it doesn't have are statistics for things like line attentuation and all that tech stuff that a tech department might want to know if you have problems. At £95 (serious money for a router) I'd expect to be able to see those!
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

Re: Which one should i get ?

ive ordered this http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003FS40KU/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00 after a long chat with a friend who runs a coputer shop.
His never let me down before, he swears by netgear or  draytek he said draytek are the best in his views, altho they are too much dosh for what i want.
Anyways i went for netgear again hopefully this will sort my issues.

Re: Which one should i get ?

I would say that is a pretty sound choice, had no problems with my netgear router in over a year, not the same model as that but don't expect you will have many issues with it

Me too.
Go for the one that doesn't have a silly name and stupid spelling.

It's not free, it's £4.99 P&P and a £40, 12 month deferred contract.

Re: Which one should i get ?

OK, it's not free unless you stay with PN for 12 months which I suspect the majority of users do.
True you pay £4.99 for P & P but how many adverts do you see where something is advertised as Free but a charge is added for P & P.

Re: Which one should i get ?

P & P always was a con - it bears no relation to postage and/or packing costs.
It should be advertised as free - but only if you drive up to Sheffield.  Angry
