Where to get low density DDR2 RAM

A friend has been given a 4 year old computer which only has 256MB of RAM and he asked me to help in upgrade it.
Easy you would have thought.
No it isn't
The motherboard Foxconn P4M800P7MB-RS2H  only supports 240-pin DDR2 533/400 memory and this is the nasty bit - it has to be 64M x 8 bit
At first glance Crucial can't help and I am still waiting to hear from Corsair
Any suggestions for a reasonably priced source

Re: Where to get low density DDR2 RAM

If you're prepared to take a bit of a risk buy some on eBay from USA.
There seems to be a fair choice there, but not in the UK (except at a high price)

Assuming that is correct then I can get it from Amazon and Play - definitely worth a check

Re: Where to get low density DDR2 RAM

Peter,
They use Kingston RAM and, as discussed above that is very iffy as their current RAM sticks don't work on the motherboard

Re: Where to get low density DDR2 RAM

Update
The RAM from here http://www.offtek.co.uk/ModelData.php?stid=7&model=P4M800P7MB-RS2H&modeltype=P%20Series&manu=Foxconn didn't work so I phoned for an RMA on Friday - RMA arrived by Email late afternoon.
Sent back by second class post on Saturday 8th with note explaining it must be low density RAM
Email dispatch notification of replacement Tuesday 11th and arrived Thursday.
Installed this evening and works fine
The computer went from 256MB to 1.25GB and I changed the virtual memory which was locked at 256MB to system managed (about 1.3GB) and all for under £15 which is a good deal for a cast off  XP computer which will only be used for email, browsing and a bit of word processing
