Hi, I applied for phone and broadband over a week ago, and was told it would take approximately 5 days for the Direct Debit to be set up. As of today, it still hasn't been set up and the phone and internet have not been connected. Does it always take this long or is there something wrong with my order?
Hi there, The instruction has been submitted, we're just awaiting confirmation from your bank that it's active - it can take around 7 working days I'm afraid. As soon as that's active we'll get the broadband order processed for you.
