When will I get my BB

May 2nd bought a BB from Carphone WH,  got emails from Plusnet  with a June 6th connection date, Tomorrow,  Got a text on the
9th of May saying external work is required. and suppliers will confirm an appointment shortly.  Have not heard a word since. I have the landline, phoned my sister and she 1471'd so that's how I know my phone #  !!!  When am I likely to hear anything from Plusnet?

More info  I have just found out that the landline is not mine BT installed it in the wrong flat.
They are disconecting it. My neighbour bought BB from BT a couple of days after I signed on with Plusnet.
But he got his router today and was supposed to be connected today, but can't because he has no landline.

I can see that external work has been taking place and you have an appointment to install your phone line on the 7th June 8am-1pm.
Once this is complete we will then place an order for you to have broadband, this will take 7 days to complete and activate.
