What is this?

Just nosing around my Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop`s innards using Piriform "Speccy"... and under the heading "Network".  I have found the following....
Current TCP Connections
AvastSvc.exe(352)
BecHelperService.exe (528)
  Local  127.0.0.1:22913    LISTEN
Followed by some C:\ Program Files which I do recognise....
I suspect the first line AvastSvc.exe is the one that looks up for the updates to Avast Security... BUT  the next line  BecHelperService.exe    I am wondering what that is... ... ... >....
Can anyone shed light on it.....?
If it is OK... then I`ll leave it there...
on the other hand... if it is not OK... advice on how to remove it..... Please...
( Mods..... Not sure if this is actually Harware but that is where I found it ... on my hardware ! )..

Re: What is this?

This http://www.file.net/process/bechelperservice.exe.html tends to suggest it's something related to A Three 3g dongle.
Do you have one of those configured on the laptop ?
