Webchat on Homehub 4

Whenever I try to get through to Plusnet webchat, I get the pop up, enter my details and get No agents available.  I presume that this isn't really the case every time I've tried, so I wonder if there is some setting on the Homehub that needs opening to allow webchat through, although I have successfully connected to other company's webchat.  I've tried on my laptop and my phone with the same result, so I strongly suspect the Homehub is the problem.

extremely unlikely to be the hub causing the problem.

two more likely reasons
1) there actually are no agents available when you tried
2) you have a browser issue, be it an ad-blocker of some sorts
