I have a static IP address ................212.159.nn.nn
What settings do i need to make on my poxy modem ...... Technicolor TG582n

You need to setup port forwarding to port 80 on the Pi

There's little point in masking your IP address if you then quote the full domain name that resolves to it by the way!
