WMR-G54 router: user and support passwords?

Hi,
I was (rather sadly) poking through the settings on the above Buffalo router/modem and was looking at passwords. Now I know and have changed the standard admin password but does anyone know the default user and support passwords as I'd like to change those too. I don't remember seeing a reference to them in the manual. I tried guessing "user" and "support" and it didn't moan about incorrect old passwords. However, I tried logging in to both the user and support accounts with the (supposedly) new passwords and both failed. Google failed me on this occasion.

For Buffalo most are user root with no password or admin and password
